Abstract

The main target of this paper is to present the development steps of a Visible Light Communication (VLC) system applied to Solid-State Lighting (SSL) with frequency suitable to an Universal Software Radio Peripheral (USRP). The goal here is to establish a testbed prototype according to the frequency response limits of the hardware used, to make possible studies of VLC applications with real-time evaluation of the performance metrics.
