Abstract
This study proposes the categorization of consumers according to their priority index in order to assist maintenance crews during emergency dispatch activities. The priority index is evaluated based on operational and behavioral parameters that characterize each consumer through the improvement of two multi-criteria decision methods, AHP and SMART. After the computational analysis of the priorities of each consumer, the evaluation by feeder in case of interruption at multiple points is also offered and the results are presented in a visual way in order to facilitate the operators' decision-making process.
