Abstract

In this paper, a new design approach is proposed for state feedback robust H∞ controllers to control a DC-DC boost converter subject to state and control constraints, in the presence of parametric polytopic uncertainties. The resistances present in the inductor and in the capacitor are taken into account in the model of the converter. The results of numerical simulations demonstrate the viability of the proposed method.
