Abstract
This paper presents the design of a robust PI controller for a building automation thermal system. The objective of this work is to designing a controller that, when introduced in the system, keeps it stable and with desirable characteristics even with small variations in the parameters of the plant. The robust controller design was successfully carried out and through simulations, a behavior that meets the design specifications is observed, even with variations in plant parameters and the control signal remained at adequate values
