Abstract

This paper presents a simulation strategy for complex circuits, dividing the circuit into modules, in order to mitigate convergence problems, when carrying out the simulation using the PSpice tool. Simulation and experimental results of parts of a Gate Driver circuit for IGBT are presented, confirming the applicability of the proposed strategy.
