Abstract

The advancement of control techniques is fundamental for technological progress in aerospace, industrial, and automotive fields. The inverted pendulum is a practical example of the application of control techniques in these various areas. The aim of this study is to design, implement, and compare control techniques capable of performing the swing-up motion and stabilization of the inverted pendulum on a cart on an educational platform developed by Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina campus Chapecó.
