Abstract

This work is based on Cooperative Game Theory as a method for quantifying the impacts of Distributed Generation (DG) in distribution systems. The Shapley Value is employed to allocate grid usage and electric losses in the 18-bus IEEE distribution test system, duly adapted to evaluate the insertion of photovoltaic solar generation combined with different load profiles. Codes are created in Matlab in order to perform the computational calculations for analyzing chronological power flows and for allocation via Shapley Value over a one-year horizon.
