Abstract

This paper presents a proposal for optimizing maintenance task scheduling in electric power distribution networks using a multi-objective, binary, linear formulation. The proposal encompasses a one-year planning horizon and is solved using a pseudo-dynamic classical optimization technique. The objective of the technique is to obtain proposals for optimized maintenance plans within financial resource constraints, thereby improving system reliability over the analysis period. The presented results are consistent, providing a set of non-dominated solutions that reflect the expected behavior of optimized maintenance plans according to the constraints and available resource allocation.
