Abstract

This article presents the modeling and control of an interleaved DC-DC converter responsible for interconnecting a battery to an aircraft turboelectric propulsion system. Firstly, the state-of-the-art of battery management in propulsion system is summarized and the basic structure interleaved boost bidirectional (IBB DC-DC) converter is introduced. Next, modeling and the current control project will be designed to manage a battery.Processor-in-the-loop simulations are presented, using the TMS320F28379D microcontroller and theSimCoder/PIL ModulePSIM®packages for analysis and validation of the proposed control algorithm.
