Abstract

In a world increasingly driven by digitalization and automation, the use of the cloud has become a fundamental element in modern companies. The ability to access, store and process data efficiently and securely on cloud platforms has revolutionized the way organizations manage their operations and make decisions. In this context, the article focuses on integrating the Flow Pilot Plant of the Industrial Process Control Laboratory (LCPI) at the University of São Paulo with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud. To achieve this, a National Instruments PCI-6229 data acquisition (DAQ) card is used to collect information from the plant sensors. The research focuses on using an interface that allows real-time data transfer from the board to the AWS cloud, taking advantage of the AWS API Gateway, Lambda services and storing the data in a table in DynamoDB. The results of this work offer an insight into how cloud technologies can improve data management in industrial environments, enabling analysis and decision-making based on real-time data.
