Abstract

In this brief paper, we discuss how to synthesise MPC terminal ingredients using IQCs for LPV systems. In particular, we recap results for sector-bounded Lur’e systems and propose model adaptations to encompass the LPV case. We also discuss the main LPV scheduling trajectory estimation approaches. Numerical results indicate the promising outcomes of the proposed IQC-and-LPV MPC approach, enabling less conservatism wider regions of attraction.
