Abstract

In this paper, we present the development and implementation of a data monitoring system for three-phase induction electric motors based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology aimed at improving predictive maintenance and operational efficiency. The system integrates temperature, current, and vibration sensors, managed by an ESP32 microcontroller, which collects and transmits data in real time to a dashboard hosted on Google Sheets. The data acquisition and analysis methods are detailed, including the application of a graphical interface to facilitate data interpretation by end users. Experiments were conducted on a test bench, which allowed simulating different operational conditions and evaluating the system's response to induced load and vibration variations. The results demonstrate the system's ability to provide continuous monitoring and reliable data, necessary for the implementation of predictive maintenance strategies.
