Abstract

This article presents the development of a remote monitoring system for biomedical signals, such as electrocardiogram (ECG) and blood oxygenation, through the Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The goal is to assist in the clinical supervision of patients with cardiac and respiratory diseases, enabling the early identification of adverse conditions. The system consists of a prototype that captures biomedical signals through sensors connected to the patient, transmitting them remotely to a mobile application for real-time recording and visualization. The integration of telemedicine and automation provides greater convenience for both doctors and patients, allowing continuous monitoring and remote medical intervention. The efficiency of the system has been proven in the capture, transmission, and classification of data, offering comprehensive analysis and detection of abnormalities.
