Abstract

The electric sector is undergoing significant changes in the integration of renewable plants and the digitization of the system. Despite occurring simultaneously, these transformations are not fully interconnected. The application of digital systems in power plants, regardless of scale, has not been thoroughly explored in the literature, limiting potential solutions. This study aims to present a smart inverter model, including its applications and functionalities, and to conduct a bench test.
