Abstract

In this work, the implementation of a fault-tolerant control system based on the model-matching technique is described. The control system is designed to operate subject to inverter sensor failures. For a better implementation of the algorithm, the inverter was divided into two circuits: a DC/DC converter and a DC/AC converter. The fault-tolerant control methodology was developed separately for both circuits, based on their mathematical modeling. From simulated failures, the effectiveness and robustness of the implemented algorithms was proven.
