Abstract
The health sector has confidential information, and professionals in the area need technologies for recording patient data that offer security in the interaction with Electronic Health Records (EHR). Considering the recent advances in the health sector with the Internet of Medical Things, the introduction of wearable devices and, more recently, ingestibles, data management is necessary for unauthorized persons to see or change them. There is also the problem of interoperability of medical data between all health institutions. Blockchain is a revolution in the healthcare industry and benefits from features such as data privacy and transparency and promises to solve the interoperability of these data. To control the information generated by various medical devices and the various health data from different sources, such as imaging tests, laboratory tests, etc., we propose the use of Smart Contracts based on Blockchain for secure data access and sharing. The system will use the sCrypt development platform, a framework for the development of blockchain applications based on the Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV) protocol with the creation of Smart Contracts (Smart Contracts) in the Typescript programming language. An application that will record and store all events on the blockchain, with an immutable history and global access to medical information from anywhere at any time.
