Automação do processo e testes funcionais de placas de televisores de uma empresa do polo industrial de Manaus

Abstract

Industrial automation is a practice that offers numerous advantages to companies, enabling the optimization of production processes, cost reduction, increased productivity, and improved product quality, as well as ensuring worker safety and a safe working environment. This project aims to automate the inspection process of 32" and 55" television boards on an assembly line in a factory located in the Manaus Industrial Pole. Previously, the process did not allow for the integration of test results for decision-making, and it required excessive operator movement. However, with the automation of the process, the inspection for component absence and solder shorts has been optimized using a vision system, allowing for the integration of test results for more efficient decision-making. As a result, the automation of this process brings several advantages to the company, such as improved production line efficiency, reduced verification time, and consequently, increased productivity without compromising product quality or worker safety.
