Os Sistemas Elétricos Isolados: Desafios das Comunidades Rurais ao Longo do Percurso do Linhão de Tucuruí na Região do Baixo Amazonas

Abstract

This study addresses the isolated electrical systems (SEI) in the State of Amazonas, with the objective of analyzing the challenges that the rural communities of the Lower Amazon, located on the route of the Tucuruí Linhão, face in relation to the supply of electricity. Due to the characteristics and way of life of the riverside citizens of the Amazon, electricity was immediately an achievement; However, over the years, it has come to represent a problem due to the high costs practiced. In this study, a literature search was conducted to understand the isolated electrical system in the Amazon and its relations with the National Interconnected System (SIN). This is exploratory-descriptive research, with a qualitative focus, addressing the reality of the caboclo in the face of the supply of energy from costly sources. As a result, a perception of the citizen's vision and the energy scenario available and operating in the region is obtained.
