Abstract
This study presents a methodology for state estimation in isolated microgrids, considering the steady-state frequency as a state variable. The estimator is framed as an optimization problem grounded on the maximum correntropy criterion, considering power injections as inequality constraints to ensure observability. The measurement plan incorporates synchronized phasor readings. The simulation results, even in the presence of simple gross errors, are compared with those provided by the estimator based on the weighted least squares method, demonstrating its error rejection capability.
