This paper presents the feasibility studies and solutions to implement a transmission line with overhead, underwater and underground sections, addressing the challenges and engineering solutions to meet the minimum requirements required both by regulatory bodies and by the engineering areas of the agent of transmission, considering a minimum horizon of 30 years of operation, whose premise is the performance of the system with the mitigation of the probability of serious failures.
