Abstract
Electric Microgrids are seen as the new trend related to the future generation and consumption of electric energy. As they are mainly composed of renewable energy sources with high penetration of electronic power converters, high levels of automation and control are necessary to guarantee operational stability. Therefore, this article presents the dynamic modeling of the CAMPUSGRID, which corresponds to a microgrid that has been built at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), and presents the analysis of its respective dynamic behavior. Through these studies, using the Typhoon HIL Control Center simulation software, it can be concluded that the microgrid has operational flexibility, capable of keeping stable even after the occurrence of events such as effects of renewable energy fluctuation, islanded mode transition, resynchronization and load variations.
