Static output feedback, Robust control, Linear systems, Dissipativity
Abstract
This paper deals with robust static output feedback (SOF) stabilization of linear time-invariant (LTI) systems with transient performance. The proposed approach considers uncertainties on the system matrices and does not impose any constraints on the output matrix. We use the definition of strict QSR-dissipativity to formulate new sufficient conditions in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) for asymptotic stabilization. One of the main advantages of the developed strategy is that it provides a solution for the static output feedback design in a non-interactive manner. Numerical examples highlight the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
