Abstract
In this paper, an integral sliding-mode controller in conjunction with vector control oriented by rotor flux is designed for speed and flux tracking of a squirrel-cage three phase induction motor. The proposed control strategy yields robustness under parametric uncertainties and disturbance rejection in the plant and good transient response. By simulations via Simulink, the effectiveness of the control scheme is verified.
