AbstractThis paper presents a control platform for tuning and implementation of the DMC predictive control technique.The platform features a virtual architecture based on the free version of software Sysquake, one which was used to develop a DMC controller parameter tuning interface. Electronic architecture, for its instead, it was used for experimental data acquisition and practical implementation of the controller designed. The performance of the proposed platform was evaluated and validated from the application in a real thermal system. Simulation and experimental results are presented to validate the platform?s performance.
